Are you getting some clues (you think) that you may be expecting, and are trying to realize the first signs of pregnancy before missed period? These signs can be quite subtle – sometimes they are so tiny that everyone will miss them! The key to recognizing a pregnancy before a missed period is to listen closely to your body, and then take what you heard and translate it into solid outcome – yes or no.
My experience has been that most women miss these subtle signs. Often, the signs are right before our eyes, and we dismiss them as an upset tummy, or excess gas, or even a bloated feeling from eating a meat too large for our stomach. To acknowledge signs of pregnancy before missed period requires that a woman be “in touch” with her feelings – and her body! Because sometimes these clues, while present and noticed, are quickly written off as nothing by a busy modern woman of today who doesn’t have the time to listen what her body is telling her.
For those mothers-to-be who aren’t planning a pregnancy or just the thought that they might be expecting is a thousand miles away, these early pregnancy clues are almost always missed completely. Take for example the extreme fatigue that often is an early sign. Many women who live a busy and fast-paced lifestyle are often exhausted just by the activities of their busy days. How then, could they be expected to recognize that fatigue (not merely tiredness) is one of the classic first signs of pregnancy before missed period? Let’s put this fatigue in perspective. Fatigue is when you wake up tired – even after a good nights sleep. Sometimes the exhaustion is so great that these ladies go around in a stupor from the extreme fatigue, as their thinking may be muddled from the fatigue.
That brings us to morning sickness. Now, who reading this article (man or woman) wouldn’t associate unexplained nausea and vomiting in the morning as a sign of pregnancy? My guess is that most everyone would recognize this symptom as probably the classic sign that a new life is forming inside a woman’s body. So, why is it missed by so many expectant mothers? My guess is that they are simply not listening to their bodies the way they should be. It’s way too easy to write off the symptoms of morning sickness to “something I ate” or “stomach flu” instead of sitting down for a few minutes and making sense of what’s going on inside your body.
The first signs Of pregnancy before missed period may be subtle and difficult to recognize, but they are definitely for real and should be listened to and be taken seriously.
