1. It is better to build your assets before you get married so that you can increase your real estate. Make your assets equitable. It brings happiness to your life, marriage and home.

2. Courtship is a stage of maturity. It involves an act of looking beyond the depth to understand the reality. Most marriages do not work because of the inability of people involved to understand this reality. It is in your best interest to ask yourself some questions and answer them before saying I do and uniting in marriage with someone.

6. A young man who is messing up because of a young girl who does not take him for real should know that a hero is emerging somewhere. As a man, it is in your best interest to be a hero to a girl who treasures you and who is champing at the bit to hold you dear as her most cherished sweetheart. Be gentle and real. The gentility of loving another is being lovely and acceptable in relationship. Relationship is an investment; make the best of it.

7. Get maturity and be financially responsible before you get married. Marriage is very beautiful when you go into it prepared. It is wisdom to enjoy your marriage in view of the fact that it is a life worth living rightly.
